Join the Italian burners from Friday October 9th to Sunday 11th for a Burning Weekend played around the 10 principles mixed with the Italian hosting culture! (Yes, we are talking about food and wine and the rituals that our culture has developed over two thousand years).

The location is a wild Italian country house 1 hour north from Rome with a large kitchen and a huge fireplace in the cozy living room.
We will arrange camping space so bring your tent, your furry coats and your love!
The agenda is still quite open, we can plan and decide whatever we like. (remember, you are not a spectator! Eh eh eh!) Of course we will try to build a man and burn it!
We'll have a sound system and some vj facilities.
But that’s not a party so we are building a number of activities that, through the 10 principles, will drive you towards a celebration of the positive side of the Italian culture.

PARTICIPATE
We need artists, dj's, cooks, dish washers, carpenters, engineers but most of anything we need burners at the moment we just need your ideas!
Close to the event we will need your hands and during the weekend we will need your passion!
We also have some money left from the last year event (165 €) and we are open to use it for any interesting project you are willing to suggest and coordinate contact us at italian.burning.weekend@gmail.com by September 13th.

TICKETS
Tickets include also all the food and drinks through out the event there won’t be tickets sales at the gate.
There won’t be tickets sales at the gate, deadline to buy tickets is October 4th
3 DAYS (arriving Friday and leaving Sunday)
50 € for burners flying from outside of Italy (if bought before September 13th)
75 € for the locals not flying and for all the others buying after September 13th
2 DAYS (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
50 € for everyone
As you notice there won’t be single day tickets this Year as we are trying to build a community and we feel that people just showing up for the party of Saturday night don’t really fit the spirit of community of the Burningman related events.
Also remember to buy tickets at the highest level you can afford despite of the reductions you qualify for.

WHERE
The event will take place in a magic spot 5 minutes from Alviano
(on the border of Lazio and Umbria)

You should be able to find distances to most cities and airports by
car on google maps ;-)
We will organise transfers from Alviano train station to the event.

WHEN TO ARRIVE/LEAVE
Event will open friday afternoon and close sunday after a big litalian lunch (based on food prepared over the 2 days).
Let's say arriving Thursday night or Friday morning in Rome and departing Monday morning or Sunday late it's the best combination.
There’s also the possibility for a small group to arrive on site Thursday night to start preparation.
